Radisson RED Dubai Silicon Oasis

Thank you Anthony for always being available whenever I needed assistance both in person and over the phone. He is truly one of the best team members I’ve come across not just a staff member but someone who blends naturally into every situation and goes the extra mile to help. He offered me the best options and prices making my stay even more comfortable. I raised some concerns about my room and he took them seriously. Within just 10-15 minutes he resolved everything just as he promised. I'm truly happy with the service I received at this hotel. As someone from the hospitality industry and a former Taj Group employee I must say I’m genuinely impressed. Highly recommended especially if you ever need anything just ask Anthony

Radisson Red is a great place to stay! I really liked the location: a quiet, cozy area in Digital Park, where it's peaceful, but at the same time, all the major city attractions are within easy reach. It's perfect because it's not as crowded and noisy as the city center, yet getting anywhere in the city is very convenient, both by taxi and public transport. The staff deserves special mention — very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed is great, and the hotel atmosphere, with its pleasant scents, creates a cozy feel. There are many restaurants and cafes around, which is very convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised that pets can stay for free — a huge plus!

Eventho it’s not in downtown Dubai but you have everything you need in Silicon Oasis. Staff were amazing, it was my mom’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a cake! Love the rurals in the hotel too, it gave us the modern anf energetic vibes. The PingPong table was fun too, my parents enjoyed it so much as it reminded them when theyre young

The entire place is amazing considering the nature of the business is mainly offices and the hotel primarily caters to business traveller's. My daughter had a dance workshop to attend to and the school being nearby ,we had opted for this hotel and we did not have very high expectations to begin with . This hotel surprised us from the start . We were provided option of early checkin ,the people at the reception were truly amazing , the breakfast was good ,fresh and as my daughter had to leave early ,they even packed up food for her. Request for room cleaning was very prompt and efficient. The best part was the roof top lounge with euro 24 going on ,the place used to be transformed every night . Special mention to vamsi taking care of the drinks . Special mention to Milton/ Sarah for the breakfast and the entire front desk team. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again
